Key duties:
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals and reconciliations
Lead year-end accounts and liaise with auditors
Produce cost reports, variance analyses and regular KPI-based financial reporting
Review bank reconciliations and monitor cashflow
Approve payment runs and support implementation of new finance systems
Oversee receivables and income processes
Support organisational projects and provide financial guidance to internal teams
Participate in working groups as required
Get involved in project work with senior leadership
