Job Description

HR Business Partner - Mid West

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the talent strategy, supporting and executing the engagement strategy and providing HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes.

You will possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and work with managers in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

This is a fixed term contract in a leading multinational offering a competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Role & Responsibilities:

Human Resources Expertise

Partner with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective and supporting managers on HR projects

Apply policies and procedures across the organization and assist in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines.

Implement solution that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practices

Effectively build strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group

Maintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities

Provide guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions

Use knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions

Demonstrate working knowledge of the labour market and its relation to organizational success

Analyze and present data to managers and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy

Requirements

Bachelors Degree from accredited university and/or CIPD qualified.

6+ years of work experience required - previous HR experience and demonstrated experience interacting with COE's and business leaders is required.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters.

Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills.
