We are looking for an expereinced Customer Service Team Leader to join the team, to provide first class service to new and existing clients The positon is based in their Galway office and is fully on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the customer service team to deliver high-quality, consistent, and efficient service.
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and quality teams to meet customer needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to build strong product, process, and customer knowledge.
- Motivate the team to achieve department and business goals while promoting a positive, learning-focused culture.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage training plans and ensure team members follow current processes and are trained in any updates.
- Handle escalated customer and team issues, working with others to resolve them effectively.
- Support communication and reporting, holding regular team check-ins, managing SAP reporting, and collaborating with internal and external sales teams.
Requirements:
- Experience leading a team in a busy, fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to guide and support others effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proven history of finding effective solutions.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset, always aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations.
