My client is now hiring a Client Experience Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin, supporting Irish institutional clients as a leader in service excellence. This is a DRC that needs to be filled as soon as possible with someone who is an exceptional Client Experience Manager from an asset management background. This role requires you to be at the heart of client service delivery-partnering closely with sales teams, relationship managers, and operational teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding client journey. You'll act as a trusted advisor, representing both the client's needs internally and the client's capabilities externally.
Deliver first-class client service for Irish institutional clients, particularly in the Defined Contribution (DC) and retirement space.
Own and resolve client queries, coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers.
Lead client onboarding and change management activities, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor and improve service performance, contributing to high client satisfaction and internal benchmarks.
Act as a key stakeholder in post-sales relationship management and client solution implementation.
Facilitate resolution of complex issues and trends impacting client experience.
Represent CEM in strategic projects, bringing client-centric thinking to business and service innovation.
Build strong relationships with industry partners to drive better outcomes.

You should have:
Proven client service experience in the asset management or financial services industry.
Knowledge of Irish institutional clients, particularly in pensions, DC plans, and retirement markets.
Excellent communication skills-confident, respectful, and comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a drive for process improvement.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Project management experience or relevant qualifications are a plus.
