Job Description

Job Title: Industrial Contracts Administrator

Reports to: Head of Internal Service

Location - Celbridge, Kildare

  • Job function: To manage the preparation, negotiation, renewal and financial analysis of all annual Service Contracts across our customer base to deliver the After-Sales commercial goals within the financial function of the

❖ Duties and responsibilities:Service Contracts Administration:

  • Prepare, issue and follow-up Service Contract renewals according to the rolling monthly/quarterly customer contract
  • Monitor and track all new plant commissioning and installations to ensure the capture of Service Contracts across the Installed Base before
  • Provide weekly target updates to the Head of Internal
  • Update and upload Service Contracts on the internal IT systems ensuring current revisions are maintained at all
  • Site visits as required
  • Process and input all Service Contract orders and invoicing in accordance with the Company's Financial
  • Track the Contract Backlog Report to ensure the scheduling of all Service Contract orders are delivered within agreed time-frames.
  • Take ownership for resolving all Service Contract queries in a timely

General Administration Duties:

  • Carry out administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the Service Department as
  • Respond to all Customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner and ensure that all queries are closed out without
