Location: North of Cork City
Fully onsite working model - 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: €38 - €40K DOE
The Role:
As the Office & Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting various functions across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Office & Facilities Management:
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
- Managing supplier relationships and contracts.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Order Management:
- Creating and managing dispatch documentation.
- Coordinating with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders and shipments.
- Operations & Finance Support:
- Providing administrative support to the operations and finance teams.
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks to support smooth business operations.
