Excellent opportunity a Senior HR Manager with strong experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits to join a leading Aerospace company

Senior HR Manager

Salary: €80,000- 90,000

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for ensuring an outstanding employee experience through all stages of the life cycle of employees. This will include responsibility for all operations activities including global compensation and benefits.

The Role:

  • Recruitment administration
  • Onboarding
  • Compensation and benefits
  • HR Systems
  • Performance management
  • Offboarding
  • Management and implementation of Training and Education Assistance Programs
  • Responsible for updates to HR Policies and Procedures document.
  • Manage all HR Audits including Audits
  • Responsible for effective negotiation and management of benefit providers with focus on:
  • Irish payroll, pension and healthcare
  • Singapore payroll, pension and healthcare
  • Oversight of US payroll, 401k and healthcare
  • Irish Pension Trustee responsibilities including Trustee meeting oversight, administration and communications to ensure compliance with Irish Pensions Act
  • Responsible for participation in and compilation of compensation surveys
  • Prepare and manage the HR Budget on an annual basis, work with Finance on reporting and revision through the year as required
  • Lead wellbeing offerings for employees
  • Manage the annual salary and bonus planning process, including co-ordination with the team
  • HR projects as required and focus on innovation and continuous improvement of HR contribution to the business
  • Act as Business partner to allocated business function if required

Skills & Experience:

  • University degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • 10 + years HR experience in a progressive multinational environment
  • Knowledge/ experience of global benefits and payrolls
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Ability to develop effective relationships
  • Experience managing a global team
  • Project management skills
  • Highly numerate - proven ability to analyze and interpret data in a meaningful way
  • Experience working with HR Systems
  • Advanced skills in MS Office with particular emphasis on MS Excel. Ability to create macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs an advantage
