Personal Lines Executive | Dublin

There is a new opening in one of Ireland's largest Insurance Brokers for a Personal Lines Executive to join their renewals team. The Personal Lines Executive role will work within a well-established team, managing existing client relationships across Ireland. This is a fantastice opportunity to work with a well-know and fast growing insurance broker.

This role provides excellent opportunities for growth within a large organisation, providing you with excellent personal and professional development. The Personal Lines Executive will work closely with other teams within the department, and assist with queries from Clients, providing high quality of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Servicing a renewals book across personal lines
  • Continuously building strong trusting relationships with Clients
  • Processing quotations for new business, renewals and adjustments where necessary on relevant insurance products
  • Working towards tight deadlines to ensure efficient processing of all requests
  • Consistently working towards strong renewal retention rates
  • Daily management of premium collection and aged debts where necessary
  • Providing assistance to other teams where necessary with High net Worth Clients
  • Liaise closely with other team members to work efficiently
  • Adhering to audit requirements at all times
  • Working within policies and procedure limits
  • Ability to upsell and cross sell to Clients where applicable
  • Consistently working with other team members in a positive manner
  • Provide Clients with a high quality of customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • APA in Insurance minimum - full CIP Qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role/environment (brokerage)
  • Excellent technical knowledge on personal lines is pre-requisite for this role
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Comply with requirements from the Central Bank at all times
  • Energetic and motivated individual
  • Fluency in Polish and English is an advantage
