Job Description
Opportunity for an Organisation Design Manager to lead the design and implementation of effective processes within an established FS group.
The Organisation Design Manager will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of effective organisational structures and processes within the financial services sector. They will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that support the achievement of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective organisational design frameworks and processes to support business growth and change initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and create solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the design process.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business leaders to assess the organisational structure and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with HR colleagues to develop job profiles, competency frameworks, and career development plans that support the new organisational design.
- Develop change management plans to support the implementation of new organisational structures and processes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR colleagues, and external consultants.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Masters' degree or equivalent in Organisational Psychology
- 5+ years of experience in organisational design, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of organisational design principles and best practices.
- Experience leading organisational change initiatives.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
