Mortgage Operations | Dublin Centre There is a brand new permanent role on offer with a growing Financial Services company in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

The Mortgage Operations role will work with a close knit team in a fast paced environment. This company are using advanced technology to process their new business mortgage applications making the mortgage application process efficient and seamless. As a result this role is hugely varied involving administration right through the mortgage lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out pre-submission packaging, quality control and minimum standards checks.
  • Identify outstanding documentation and communicate any pre-submission requirements to the client, prior to formal application submission.
  • Administration and post-submission packaging work on all active mortgage applications.
  • Responsibility for the efficient progression of the applications assigned to you.
  • Actively liaise with the advisory team, lender administration staff as well as the client themselves to advance post-submission underwriting queries.
  • Issue approval documentation and accompanying compliance documentation to clients.
  • Work together with the advisory and management team to identify areas of inefficiency and to devise solutions to overcome same.
  • Present weekly pipeline reviews to the management team.
  • Any other reasonable management request.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • APA in loans - minimum requirement
  • Experience processing/packaging mortgages from pre-approval right through to drawdown
  • Previous experience working in a broker is a distinct advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
