X3T is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can hit the ground running in a mission-driven company experiencing rapid growth.

Key Objectives / Accountabilities:

X3T is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can hit the ground running in a mission-driven company experiencing rapid growth. Multi-tasking, attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

This will involve taking all first line queries, leading the planning and implementation of various HR related projects and initiatives as well as supporting implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of HR initiatives such as Performance Management; Annual Objective Setting, End of Reviews & Calibration, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Employee Surveys, Employee Recognition Programmes and Fun Events.
  • Providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring that all advice provided is in line with HR policies and procedures e.g disciplinary, grievance, long term sick leave
  • Co-ordinating the on boarding and off boarding tasks including inductions, exit interviews, new hire check-ins and probation reviews
  • Co-ordinating HR related training programmes (e.g. performance management, people management)
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of various HR related projects and initiatives and supporting other projects
  • Supporting HR compliance by monitoring and auditing implementation of policies and procedures
  • Supporting the Performance Management processes for staff
  • Support in the preparation and maintenance of management guidelines on selected HR policies and procedures
  • Preparing HR reports and reviewing trends, making recommendations
  • Assisting departmental and business unit re-organisations
  • Promoting positive relationships across company teams
  • Assisting in the maintenance of GDPR compliance within the HR department
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Other project work and ad hoc duties as required

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years' HR experience
  • Third Level Degree (HR or Business discipline preferable).
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel & development (CIPD) qualification
  • Experience across all areas of generalist HR remit; operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, training & development
  • Proven experience in driving projects and balancing project management with operational demand.
  • Previous experience of delivering HR initiatives; performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • A strong working knowledge of Irish Employment Law
  • Strong experience in managing ER processes/ procedures.
  • Comfortable to deliver tasks to tight and often changing deadlines.
  • Proactive approach, self-starter and willing to take initiative.
  • Dynamic and energetic communication style with the ability to work within a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
