BS/BA with strong academic record or equivalent practical experience
1-2 years of related experience
Demonstrated client-service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience handling confidential information
Ability to prioritize tasks as necessary and resolve matters in a timely fashion
Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational management skills
Demonstrated experience working with systems
