Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HRBP with direct experience leading key projects within D&I, Wellness, Culture & Employee experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate, coordinate, and drive HR projects aligned to the strategic People Plan.
- Lead project management activities including defining project scope, identifying resources and budget, and developing timelines. Create project plans to ensure deadlines are met, anticipate potential roadblocks and risks, and raise and solve issues as they arise. Drive timely execution of desired project outcomes.
- Lead the Diversity and Inclusion Agenda and provide direction to the affinity groups.
- Create and manage a dynamic calendar of employee engagement events.
- Prepare employee communications that inform and inspire employees and bring to life our Employee Value Proposition, Company Vision and Culture, DEI Strategy, and Employment Branding.
- Support and coach the Talent Partners and help champion delivery excellence.
- Provide programme management support for our European Works Council initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Educated at a Master's degree level in HR, business management, or similar, with hands-on experience in an operational HR role including some experience with HR Business Partnering.
- Change management experience with leading standalone projects and working as part of a global HR network.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
- Ability to confidently prioritize and manage several ongoing projects from concept to completion at any given time.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to be strategic and tactical while focusing on delivering tangible results
- Capable of working with a wide range of people and cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
