Job Description

This is an excellent Permanent Opportunity for a bilingual speaker to work for a large multinational company based in Dublin.

Title: Export Sales Support - French

Salary: €30,000 + ( Negotiable)

Length: Perm

Type: Hybrid

Location: Santry

Professional Experience:

  • Input orders into Internal Software system, Examine pricing & stock availability
  • Inform customers advising delivery date & look after any subsequent queries
  • Manage out of stock items & customers expectation
  • Connect with warehouse to determine size of pallets required & provide relevant paperwork for labeling pallets.
  • Connect with couriers/transport companies for quotations & transport/shipment of orders on pallet
  • Look after sales administration & customer account management i.e , setting up a new accounts, checking credit ratings etc.
  • Invoice & credit notes, credit control and reminder for payment of overdue invoices
  • Connect with sales agent regarding queries on product ranges, customer enquiries etc

Maintain sales commission report for agents:

  • Dealing with French & other European portfolio
  • Customers-managing technical enquiries, liaising with fitters & flair
  • Technical department to solve the customer query in timely manner and organise shipment of spare part where necessary
    • Translate marketing materials, brochures , Price & sales related information
    • Undertake market research, data collection and competitor analysis
    • Attend events such marketing and industry Trade Shows
    • Work on site to oversee the weekly of orders to the French/Belgian markets. Ensuring that all products are picked correctly, packaging is fully intact & that pallets are wrapped securely

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills & fluency in French & English
    • 2+ years of customer service experience
    • Exceptional problem solving, time management and organisational skills
    • Ability wot work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
    • Good computer skills (Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages )
    • Willing to travel to work & work at trade shows
