This is an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator to work with one a leading Financial Services company. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of Customer Support experience and excellent customer service communication skills.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
Represent clients at internal meetings and report on progress.
Identify and escalate errors occurring within the team, and suggest solutions and controls.
Fluent in French and English.
1+year of Customer Support experience
Administrative/Financial Services experience will be an advantage.
The ability to translate documentation in French is essential.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver service in a timely manner.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
