Construction Project Co-Ordinator - Cost Analysis

We have an interesting Graduate Construction Role open with a leading Mechanical Engineering comany based in South Dublin.

This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with Construction Project Managers and to assist them with

• The commercial management of various projects
• Cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting
• Assisting with the management and administration of subcontractor accounts
• Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations
• Monitoring project costs and forecasting

This will suit the following profile:

• A recent graduate or up to one year's relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying or PMO role
• You must have good construction knowledge and cost analysis of construction projects
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
