This Global SaaS company is looking for a German Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their rapidly growing Multicultural team. They are seeking innovative and diverse individuals to provide ongoing assistance to their customer base. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relations/account management.

You will be an expert communicator with excellent analytical skills. You will be a part of the Customer Success team and will be the first point of contact for all customers, ensuring the highest rate of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customers business challenges and develop success plans to ensure they are optimising the company's platform.
  • Support and advise customers on how to implement strategies that will increase the platforms value.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, provide recommendations on product features and guidance on functionality.
  • Cross team collaboration to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • Offering creative ideas and solutions on how to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & German
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, sales or account management (SaaS experience would be an advantage).
  • Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective service and selling strategies
  • Tech savvy with the interest and ability to learn about new products.
  • Advocate on behalf of the customer and collect feedback that drives continuous improvement.
  • A positive, highly motivated, adaptable, organised and target driven individual.
  • Willingness to work closely with others in a collaborative manner.
