Tech multinational based in Dublin is looking for a Business Manager to join their team to manage strategic relationships.
Millions of travelers around the world search for hotels on our site every day. Hotels enables our partners (Hotels, OTAs, Metas, etc) to display hotel rates and availability on Search platforms and Maps, so that travelers can easily find, research and book a hotel room.
The Hotels Business Development Team works closely with the ecosystem of technology companies that provide connectivity solutions for the Hotel suppliers. These technology partners include property management systems, central reservation systems, booking engines, channel managers and others.
As a Connectivity Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with one of these connectivity partners. You will become a trusted advisor, and help them connect and enable rates and availability for more hotels, and ensure the price coverage and accuracy for all hotels connected is up to our Hotel's standards.
Your objective will be to support your partner on a daily basis throughout the integration of hotels, and upkeeping hotels connectivity standards post integration. You will be the main point of contact for your partner and help the partner alleviate any barriers that are limiting or slowing down connectivity of selected sets of hotels, and channel partner feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements.. You will also act as a liaison between the partner and various internal teams (e.g. Sales, gTech, GTM).
