Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well known global organisation on a high profile project that requires the assistance of a strategic change manager.

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well known global organisation on a high profile project that requires the assistance of a strategic change manager. This will be an exciting 12 month contract opportunity with a daily rate and the scope of extension.

The desired candidate will be a change manager, with minimum 5 years + of meaningful experience leading a strategic program work and is willing to undertake a hands-on approach and support this ongoing project.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimally lead and implement our key projects providing innovative tools and client-centric processes
  • Focus on decreasing manual transactional activities
  • Continuously drive innovation and automation adoption, shifting the roles of our Corporate Functions teams from transactional to advisory services
  • Develop, standardise and implement standard methodologies
  • Implement standard project management such as governance structure, project planning, status reporting, management of risks and issues etc
  • Successfully collaborate with global teams
  • Management, mentoring and coaching of the team
  • Provide additional support, and assume additional responsibilities

The desired candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years + of meaningful experience leading strategic programs
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Can do attitude, takes ownership and ability to easily adapt to change
  • Program & project management experience, client facing experience an advantage
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in Partner & Relationship Management
  • Analytical skills
  • People management including mentoring and coaching
  • Strong decision-making skills, ability to prioritise and make decisions, and a high level of common sense, including the ability to identify risks before they materialise
