As a researcher you will partner with our consultants to develop creative strategies for engaging passive talent on our varied range of executive search projects.


  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the needs of our clients and develop creative strategies for engaging passive talent across multiple role types, geographies and industries.
  • Strategise on building pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources for each client project.
  • Apply your search strategy to research and market map each client assignment.
  • Engage and assess relevant candidates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and output
