Job Description

Are you a Testing Lead with UAT Management experience looking for their next daily rate contract role with a well established global technology company? Hybrid working - 11 month Contract.

The Testing Lead will be responsible for managing the test efforts of Finance and cross-functional projects.

Needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focusing on details and execution quality.

Developing and fostering partnerships are essential to long-term success. Must be hands-on, technically adept with strong leadership and influencing skills

Role Description

  • Responsible for managing simultaneous Finance and cross-functional UAT testing efforts on projects

  • Dynamically develop and drive comprehensive cross-functional UAT strategies.

  • Lead and collaborate with multiple UAT partner teams to connect the dots and stitch across them to drive success. Develop and sustain strong and trusted relationships with all cross-functional partners.

  • Manage, plan, and organise activities and tasks throughout UAT planning and execution.

  • Lead, take forward thinking action, and provide goal-oriented direction in the face of ambiguity.

  • Keep the extended team informed, and ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues.

  • Lead test resources required for successful execution of projects and provide input to and craft the UAT management processes in-line with industry best practices.

Key Qualifications

  • UAT Management experience

  • High technical ability, capable of quickly understanding complex integrated systems

  • Possess a thorough understanding of the Project Lifecycle

  • Excel at quickly identifying, articulating and handling UAT risk

  • Able to fully comprehend current issues, and see around corners to understand downstream impacts

  • Able to establish relationships with multi-functional partners and viewed as a trusted advisor and partner

  • Interact proficiently with a wide range of technical and business teams

  • Able to combine critical thinking with hands-on execution

  • Demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Have the ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications

  • Exhibit a real passion for innovation shown through creative strategies and continuous process improvement

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • PMP is a plus

  • SAP experience is a plus
