Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. This role offers excellent career progression for the successful candidate.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the HRBP will play a key role in delivering the people strategy for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic partner to key business units, delivering positive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Lead the Talent management programme for the organisation, delivering strong succession plans and talent mapping at all levels within the organisation.
- Partner with the TA function to ensure talent pipeline is strong and support in recruitment and hiring process.
- Lead the performance management agenda for assigned business units, delivering coaching and support to senior managers where appropriate
- Deliver on key business goals, aligning organisational structure to maximum effect in order to achieve optimum business outputs.
Key Requirements:
- Third level degree qualified with a minimum of 10+years' experience working in HR.
- A strategic, commercial thinker with excellent key stakeholder engagement skills.
