Job Description

We are proud to bring to market another exciting opportunity new to market in the Cork area for a passionate and enthusiastic person

Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for a global firm based 15 minutes from Cork City.

Role will be based onsite.

Contract: 12 months with the strong potential to extend.

This front of house role requires an experienced and professional individual with excellent communication skills.

Previous Previous front of house experience is an advantage.

Hours: 25 hours per week part time

Duties:

  • Manage a busy phone line and inbox
  • Schedule phone consultations
  • Schedule meetings and diary management
  • Manage a busy email inbox
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers etc
  • General office support and administration duties: filing, photocopy
  • Ordering office stationery and monitoring supplies

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Very organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong systems abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
