What You'll Do

• Respond to medical information enquiries from Health Care Professionals and patients via phone/email/virtual channels
• Deliver clear, accurate, and regulatory-compliant information using approved scientific resources
• Document all interactions to the highest quality standards (including adverse events & product complaints)
• Escalate complex enquiries to internal experts when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve knowledge systems and customer experience
• Stay up to date on product, therapeutic and process training within the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English + native-level proficiency in Dutch (verbal & written)
• Experience in medical information or high-quality customer service environment
• Excellent communication - able to respond empathetically and professionally under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, compliance mindset and ability to multi-task
• Confident working with digital/CRM systems
