Lead the Group's management of FX and interest rate risks to ensure the positioning aligns with overall financial goals and risk appetite.
Maintain the risk and hedging framework, regularly refreshing policies and programmes as markets, business profile, accounting rules and governance standards change.
Track FX, rate and derivatives exposures and hedges positions, flagging exceptions early and driving timely follow‑up so positions stay within agreed limits.
Conduct structured financial risk analysis, such as scenario and sensitivity analysis, stress tests and portfolio reviews.
Prepare risk proposals and present to senior management and the board.
Oversee execution of FX, rate and derivatives trades, making sure processes, controls, regulations, data quality and hedge accounting requirement are all met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as ACT/CTP, CFA, HKICPA/CPA, FRM are highly preferred.
At least 8 years' relevant experience in treasury/finance/banking/financial risk, with meaningful hands‑on responsibility for FX and/or interest rate risk.
Solid grasp of FX and interest rate products, market drivers, derivatives and hedge accounting.
Growth mindset, Good technical sense - relevant system and Oracle user is a plus.
Highly structured, analytical and confident in communicating with senior stakeholders
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
