Project Manager - Finance Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance system projects across multiple markets

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies

• Coordinate with regional and local Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth execution

• Track project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate where required

• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting

• Support business requirements gathering and documentation

• Coordinate system changes, configuration requests, and approvals

• Support UAT activities including planning, tracking, and defect management

• Assist with post-implementation support and ongoing project follow-ups

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, ideally within finance systems or ERP projects

• Strong understanding of finance processes such as accounting and reporting

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

• Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA)

• Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI is a plus)

• Experience in system implementation, integration, and testing

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects across regional teams
