Role Overview
You will be joining a dynamic Cloud Operation team to drive the transformation of our cloud operations through automation and AI. You will partner with technical teams to modernize cloud services, building a smarter, self-service platform that reduces manual effort, strengthens security, and accelerates business outcomes across global markets, including Japan.
Key Responsibilities

Drive AI & Automation Transformation: Partner with Cloud Engineering Ops to automate infrastructure processes and embed AIOps for proactive monitoring, faster troubleshooting, and optimal performance.

Promote Platform Adoption: Identify opportunities for automation and cloud tool adoption, collaborating with technical teams to champion their benefits across the organization.

Optimize Technical Processes: Analyze existing cloud workflows to surface inefficiencies and translate complex business needs into automated, AI-enabled technical solutions.

Cross-Market Project Management: Manage cloud transformation projects from scoping to timely delivery, coordinating server operations with local markets including Japan.

Enable Change & Documentation: Author bilingual technical documentation (runbooks, system designs, AI user guides) and provide hands-on training to end-users to foster smooth adoption.
Qualifications and Skills

Cloud & Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of major cloud platforms (preferably Azure and AWS) along with hands-on exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.

AI & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated experience applying AIOps and automation to streamline operations, coupled with sharp problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical workflows.

Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Cloud/DevOps practitioner with a focus on cloud operations and automation projects.

Bilingual Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gather requirements and align diverse, technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and Japanese.

Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; industry certifications (such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps) are highly preferred.
