Insurance Background: Proven experience working on core system migrations, digital transformations, or process optimization from insurance industry.
Process Specialist: Strong skills in process mapping, workflow redesign, and identifying automation opportunities.
Effective Communicator: Ability to translate technical system changes into clear, practical steps for business stakeholders.
Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
