About the job
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture enduring, trust-based relationships with distributors and strategic business partners across the region.
- Deliver comprehensive product training, craft competitive pricing models, and establish clear performance benchmarks to distributors
- Manage the full implementation of distribution contracts, encompassing product positioning, pricing structures, and promotional initiatives.
- Gain in-depth insights into Asian market conditions, evolving customer needs, and the competitive environment in each territory.
- Track emerging market trends and competitor movements to uncover new opportunities and proactively shape business direction.
- Take ownership of the regional Profit & Loss (P&L), focusing on driving sustainable profitability and optimizing cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of sales results and refine approaches to ensure revenue objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or distributor/channel management, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and effectively managing regional profit and loss responsibilities.
- Solid knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution channels in Asia market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent command in Chinese and English
