About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the well established sourcing company, responsible for leading quality strategy and execution to ensure merchandise meets brand, regulatory, and customer expectations. Partner closely with cross-functional teams and factories to drive product quality, reduce risk, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement quality standards, inspection processes, and KPIs.
Lead product inspections, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the QA/QC team and ensure alignment with business and quality objectives.
Work with factories and internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Support product development by identifying risks early and approving pre-production samples.
Drive corrective actions, process improvements, and data-based quality enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience in quality assurance management, preferably with seasonal products.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and testing processes.
- Experience working with suppliers and factories.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of English.
