Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Vietnam's rapidly growing logistics sector

Develop and implement strategies to expand the footprint in both established and emerging market segments.

Reform and Build New Business

Lead the transformation and establishment of new business lines to meet evolving market demands.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, leveraging best practices and digital transformation trends in logistics.

Strong Connections with Freight Forwarding Partners

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with leading freight forwarding companies in Vietnam, such as Unifreight Global, Dimerco, and others with extensive international shipping capabilities

Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless, multimodal logistics solutions for clients.

Product Export from Vietnam to US and Europe

Oversee logistics operations for exporting Vietnamese goods-such as textiles, electronics, and footwear-to the US and Europe, ensuring compliance with international trade agreements and evolving tariff regulations.

Optimize supply chain routes, leveraging Vietnam's upgraded port and transport infrastructure for efficient, cost-effective exports.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 9 years' experience in project management within the international logistics sector in Vietnam, including hands-on experience with freight forwarding and export operations in Vietnam

Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with logistics providers, customs authorities, and international clients in Vietnam

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
