Quality Director (QA, Premium Apparel Brand, Regional) 100k

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regional quality team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to enhance product quality.
• Streamline production processes and oversee quality projects, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage vendor performance and maintain effective quality systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in large trading or premium apparel sectors.
• Proven track record in quality assurance (QA) projects focused on automation, efficiency enhancement, and quality improvement.
• Expertise in quality programs, improvement plans, auditing, and vendor engagement.
• Significant experience in vendor performance management and quality system management.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
