Key responsibilities:

- Lead the commercial team to transition from transactional selling to consultative, value-driven supply chain partnerships, while enforcing strict CRM discipline.
- Serve as the executive face of the business for elite clientele, cultivating deep relationships with global fashion houses, premium retailers, and luxury manufacturers.
- Secure new business and aggressively drive share-of-wallet expansion across all forwarding services.
- Act as the critical bridge between the commercial team and global operations.

Candidate Profile
- 10 to 15+ years of senior commercial leadership within the global freight forwarding, contract logistics, or broader supply chain industry.
- A proven track record of securing and managing enterprise accounts within the luxury, or high value assets sectors is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of freight pricing dynamics, yield management, global trade lanes, and complex supply chain contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated success in driving structural sales transformations, coaching teams, and collaborating effectively across a highly matrixed global network.
