Manager, Treasury Operations, Stablecoin

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to reserves backing stablecoins.
• Process reserve transactions (inflows/outflows) efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reserve management activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to monitor and mitigate operational risks.
• Prepare and deliver reports on reserve levels, transaction volumes, and compliance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, risk, compliance, and technology) to streamline operations.
• Support the deployment of new technologies to enhance operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in finance or the digital asset industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, stablecoins, and cryptocurrencies; industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
