IT Business Analyst - Insurance

Our client is an international insurer, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse policy servicing workflows (premium holidays, surrenders, endorsements) and identify optimization opportunities
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories for digital solutions
• Lead UAT testing and defect management using JIRA/TestRail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, AML, Ops) in Agile environment

Requirements:

• At least 8 years experience as business analyst with insurance servicing systems
• Strong SQL skills and API testing knowledge (Postman)
• Deep understanding of life/health insurance regulations
• AWS/cloud platform experience
• Microservices architecture knowledge
