In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin of our project lifecycles-orchestrating everything from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to pre-launch preparations and market rollout. As our PMO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our deliverables seamlessly align with our overarching business goals. Your day-to-day will involve:
Driving Project Lifecycles: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for critical SME and Personal Banking initiatives.
Leading UAT: Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to guarantee flawless system functionality and alignment with business needs.
Strategizing Go-to-Market (GTM): Partner closely with product and marketing teams to craft and execute highly effective go-to-market strategies.
Ensuring Launch Readiness: Prepare thorough pre-launch documentation and reports to keep leadership and all stakeholders fully aligned.
Mitigating Risk: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and on time.
Monitoring & Evaluating: Provide regular progress updates to management and conduct detailed post-launch evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven project management experience, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of banking operations, specifically within SME and Personal Banking services.
Specialized Skills: A solid track record of successfully planning and executing UAT and GTM strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of modern project management methodologies and tools.
Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
