Director of Growth Marketing & Acquisition - E-Commerce

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Leadership: Define and execute growth strategies across all business verticals to drive Monthly Active Users (MAU), order volume, and profitability.

• Performance Optimization: Identify growth levers across performance channels, including incentives, CRM, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.

• Commercial Agility: Monitor demand growth and unit economics to pivot strategies in response to market changes.

• Campaign Management: Lead seasonal and annual 360° marketing campaigns to maintain top-of-mind brand awareness in the Hong Kong market.

• Budget Oversight: Optimize promotional spending and incentive budgets to balance brand reach with business growth.

• Brand Equity: Foster "brand love" by ensuring a consistent identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high standards.

• Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Regional Synergy: Work with regional leadership to adapt and execute localized country strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in marketing, branding, or growth; preferably within E-commerce or FMCG.

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and navigating complex matrix organizations.

• Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for data. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is a significant plus.

• Commercial Acumen: Experience managing P&L responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable building processes from the ground up.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Cantonese.
