Role Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager (Hong Kong) to support growing business demand and expand our presence in the region.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, continuing to develop activity in Hong Kong and driving new customer acquisition. You will partner closely with the Sales Director to shape go-to-market plans, identify differentiators, and develop new ways to position the offering versus competitors.
Key Accountabilities
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities from both prospective and existing customers.
- Drive delivery of quarterly revenue and profit margin targets.
- Ensure customers receive timely, professional support for all sales inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate and current reporting on opportunities using the designated tools and systems.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across the full sales cycle.
- Own assigned accounts end-to-end, including accountability for key account issues and escalation handling.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth and timely contract rollout and implementation.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure solution delivery aligns with customer requirements, business objectives, and timelines.
- Provide clear updates on progress and outcomes of initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account performance metrics to support accurate planning and decision-making.
- Contribute to the organization's reputation by taking initiative, handling varied requests, and finding ways to add measurable value.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction by delivering reliable, high-quality service day-to-day.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure industry, preferrably with experience working for a reseller, integrator, or OEM.
- Ability to prioritize and strong communications skills
- Results-driven attitude and strong hunter mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or database tools.
- Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
