Role Overview
The Corporate Communications Manager will partner with the Head of Corporate Communications as the primary internal communications resource for APAC. Using a regional lens, this role will amplify firm-wide messaging across APAC and bring regional stories to global channels.
Key Responsibilities
Drive APAC internal communications strategy to deliver high-impact informational and educational content across multiple channels
Create content that highlights the APAC region and reinforces a connected, global culture
Ensure consistent voice and tone in all employee communications, with sensitivity to cultural and regional nuances
Lead cross-functional communications projects with internal stakeholders
Support firm-wide and local Town Halls, including executive communications, logistics and Q&A coordination
Manage internal channels such as the intranet, digital signage, and newsletters
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years' relevant experience in corporate or internal communications
Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to craft intranet articles, newsletters, executive communications, and more
Proven experience communicating to a broad, diverse employee population
Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexible, proactive, and creative problem-solver; comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organisation
Skilled at building relationships both in-person and virtually
