Job Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
• Assist in providing service and product training to customers as needed.
• Perform additional customer service tasks when requested.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics sectors.
• Customer-focused with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Fast and accurate Chinese typing skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Familiarity with various IT systems.
• Proactive team player attitude.
