Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through research, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified prospects
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles
Solution Selling & Value Creation
- Position our HR Advisory and Facilities Management services as strategic business enablers to C-level decision makers
- Develop tailored proposals and commercial offers that demonstrate clear ROI and measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-over and high client satisfaction from day one.
Market & Relationship Building
- Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and professional associations
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in HR and workplace services.
- Work closely with marketing to support targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Performance Management
- Achieve annual new-business revenue targets (with clear quarterly KPIs).
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of proven Business Development / Sales experience in professional services, ideally within HR consulting, facilities management, outsourcing, or related B2B advisory sectors.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new-business targets
- Experience selling to mid-to-large corporates, MNCs, and public-sector organisations in Hong Kong and APAC.
Education & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Facilities Management, or related discipline
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is highly advantageous).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client pain points into compelling solutions.
- Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a natural ability to build trust quickly.
