About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Branding & PR Lead to own the end-to-end brand narrative and reputation of a fast-growing, regulated financial services organisation. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will be the guardian of brand consistency, the architect of high-impact campaigns and events, and the face of media and publicity efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce brand architecture, guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice and digital asset standards
- Act as the single point of approval for all external brand assets and partnerships
- Design and lead integrated 360° brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, content)
- Conceptualise, plan and execute flagship events, sponsorship programmes, thought-leadership summits, product launches (target 8-12 major activations per year).
- Lead a small team and manage external agencies (creative, PR, event, media monitoring).
- Partner closely with Business Units, Compliance, Legal, Investor Relations and C-suite to align all external communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in branding and public relations, with at least 5 years in a regulated financial services, banking, asset management or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel brand campaigns and large-scale events with measurable business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of brand governance frameworks and brand architecture in regulated industries.
- Exceptional strategic, creative and project-management skills.
- Strong media network and proven ability to generate positive publicity
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a MUST).
