About the job
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with a positive and helpful attitude.

Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

Office Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries; coordinate courier services.

Meeting Coordination: Manage the booking of meeting rooms and ensure they are tidy and well-equipped for visitors.

Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry for the HR or Admin departments.

Security & Safety: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, highly organized, and able to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.

Education: High school degree or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
