Develop, refine, and optimise campaign content, including articles, product pages, and promotional assets, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and overall execution quality while handling multiple initiatives with effective prioritisation.
Identify potential risks proactively and implement solutions to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure alignment throughout campaign development and execution.
Drive stakeholder coordination across content creation, approvals, and campaign rollout, ensuring all outputs meet regulatory, brand, and product accuracy standards.
Support digital marketing initiatives targeting China platforms and search ecosystems, working with technical teams on content structuring, metadata, and AI-readability requirements.
Act as a liaison between business, content, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
Execute search and visibility strategies across traditional and AI-driven search platforms.
Analyse search trends, competitor insights, and campaign performance data to generate actionable improvements.
Monitor and optimise campaign and content performance continuously to enhance engagement and business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, insurance, technology, or fintech environments, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, or project delivery.
Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating approval and governance processes.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles, with the ability to apply them to improve content effectiveness and search performance.
Strong analytical and execution skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Collaborative mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive outcomes independently.
Familiarity with China's digital ecosystem and platforms is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe) and SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) is a plus.
Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or emerging search technologies is an added advantage.
