Datacenter Operation Manager

About The Role

As a Datacenter Operation Manager, you will be managing our client's datacenter in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Operation Engineers, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee daily operations and monitoring of Data house centres in Hong Kong.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold customer commitments.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Telco or ICT companies
• Strong knowledge of data centre operations, cabling, and facilities management.
• Familiarity with data centre accessories (e.g., server racks, PDUs) and TCP/IP services (DNS, Mail, LDAP).
• Professional certifications in data centre management are a plus.
• No shift duty required
