Contract IT Procurement Officer

About the job
Job duties:
- Assist in IT procurement
- Handle purchases for IT equipment, software or maintenance services
- Respond promptly to user enquiry about procurement status and process
- Conduct Request for Quotation per user request
- Provide administrative support to procurement operations including report generation and record management of procurement correspondences
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- F.5 / DSE graduates or above
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in sizable company
- Organize and able to work independently to prioritize works, and a good team player
- Good analytic skills, interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude
- High level of integrity and sense of accountability
- Experience in using MS 365 products and desktop software is preferred
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
