Equity Derivatives Sales Support (Investment Bank)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external teams especially Front Office Sales & Trading to ensure that all deal documentation is complete and accurate
• Prepare trade recaps and term sheets for clients, ensuring clarity and precision
• Maintain and update client databases, including contact information, deal information, and other relevant data related to equity derivatives products
• Assist sales in handling daily trade flows/ client requests, including pricing and executions / trade booking
• Conduct research on potential clients and market trends related to equity structured products to support the investment sales team
• Develop related infrastructure / systems / processes to facilitate the growth of the Equity derivatives product business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, or related field, Quantitative Finance background a plus
• 3 years of relevant experience in investment or related field, with a focus on EQD products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure and multitasking
• Experience with trade booking and system checking is preferred
