Our client is a US professional services company and they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join them and support their expansion.

About the role

A market leader of professional education services is currently looking for a Marketing & Design Supervisor to join their team and support their business growth .

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing P&L responsibility for assigned product lines and is responsible for successful go-to-market strategies
  • Track customer and industry competitive data and trends, and identify new marketing opportunities to grow sales/revenue
  • Oversee development of annual marketing budgets and timelines to accurately account for all marketing activities. Monitor, verify and reconcile expenditures of budgeted funds
  • Plan, develop, review and approve all printed marketing materials and digital marketing programs (CRM, Social, Content, SEM, SEO etc)
  • Own lead generation and conversion - develop and execute annual product and promotional campaigns that generate leads and accelerate conversion
  • Manage and oversee website content and imagery
  • Manage and oversee online platform
  • Occasional presentation in product line public seminars
  • Lead and participate in regular marketing, product line and daily stand up meetings
  • Maintain metrics to track achievement of marketing KPIs
  • Train and mentor staff, work with staff to develop timelines that accurately track
  • Be the voice of the Hong Kong marketing team to share needs with global marketing
  • Responsible for agency and vendor management
  • Maintain relationships with designers, agencies, faculty, customer service, operations and partners as necessary to accomplish marketing/sales objectives
  • Advocate for value analysis and pricing. Work closely with program management team to execute upon the analysis

Requirements

  • 7 years' experience of building, driving and executing successful marketing campaigns. Solid digital and social media marketing experience in global profit environments or advertising agency/ publicity firm
  • Understand multi-channel campaigns and how data-driven, integrated marketing and CRM can boost marketing effectiveness
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye and attention for details
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Take ownership and responsibility for managing multiple self and collaborative projects, solve problems, assess and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Solution-oriented with sound judgement and an ability to overcome obstacles to drive projects through completion
  • An eye for a compelling story to engage and drive customers to take action
  • Ability to identify, engage and realize business opportunities with partners
  • Ability to build solid peer relationships in order to influence key stakeholders
  • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, commitment and openness to ideas
  • Comfortable working with compliance
  • Demonstrating maturity and professionalism in the workplace
  • Ability to mentor and coach a small team
  • Desirable experience: editing skills in English and Chinese, event marketing
