Job Description

My client is 1st tier investment bank looking for a HR Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and managing meeting across APAC
  • Ensure all information in the internal network is up to date and in compliance with the company's strategy
  • Communicate with different internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
  • To conduct research and generate reports for the management to review
  • Assist with any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
  • Business level Mandarin speaking and native English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
