A Renowned Investment Bank & Securities Brokerage is hiring a Manager with their Finance team to manage their procurement and payment process
Responsibility
* Oversee the procurement to pay function on the end-to-end procurement processes for all departments across regions.
* Drive and review all the procurement requests and provide assistance on procurement matters to all staff.
* Manage the vendor on boardinging details and requirements
Requirements
* Degree holder. CPA qualification is preferred but not a must
* Minimum 7 years solid P2P working experience in sizable companies, preferrably with 2 years managerial experience
* Knowledge in IT procurement and technology products is preferred;
* Strong verbal & written communication in English/Cantonese (including Mandarin)and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS office (incl. Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP), Word and PowerPoint)
* SAP knowledge is a definite advantage.
